Before you go

• Tell one friend where you are going and when you expect to be home.
• Arrange your own transport, both ways. Never share a cab with someone you have just met.

• Do not share your home address, workplace address or full name before you are ready.

During the date

• Stay in the public area of the venue. Never move to a private room, car or residence on a first meeting.
• Watch your drink being poured and keep it with you.
• Set your own pace with alcohol; there is no obligation to match anyone.
• Trust discomfort immediately. You never need a reason to leave, and you never owe an explanation.

If you need to leave

Message your concierge with a single word — leaving. We will call you within a minute so you have a reason to step away, arrange transport, and follow up with the other member ourselves.

After the date

• Wait until you are certain before sharing your number, socials or address.
• Report anything that unsettled you, even if it seems minor. Patterns matter to us.
• Do not agree to a second meeting to be kind. A clear no is the kindest available option.

Financial safety

No member of this community will ever ask you for money, a loan, an investment, or help with an emergency. If anyone does, stop responding and tell us the same day. This is the single most common form of harm in online dating in India, and we treat it as grounds for immediate removal and, where appropriate, a police complaint.
