Privacy policy

Data we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, age, gender, city, phone, email.
• Lifestyle, relationship-goal, personality and preference answers you provide.
• Photographs you upload, and the government ID used for verification.
• Technical data: device, browser and IP address, used for security only.

Why we collect it

To verify that you are who you say you are, to curate introductions, to coordinate dates, and to keep the community safe. We do not profile you for advertising, because we do not sell advertising.

Who we share it with

Internally, only the matchmaking and trust-and-safety staff working on your booking. Externally, only with processors who host our infrastructure under contract, and with authorities where the law requires. We never sell, rent or trade personal data.

What your match sees

A written brief describing your qualities, city and general profession. Never your photographs, surname, phone number, email or employer, unless you choose to share them after meeting.

How long we keep it

• Active members: for as long as your membership is active.
• After you leave: booking content deleted within 30 days of request.
• ID verification records: retained for 12 months for safety and dispute purposes.
• Financial records: retained as required by Indian tax law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by messaging your concierge or emailing concierge@blinddatebookings.in. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and photographs are stored in private storage that is not publicly addressable.
