Refund policy

Free membership

Nothing to refund. Profile creation, verification and your first three curated matchmaking attempts cost nothing.

Premium: the first seven days

If you upgrade and change your mind within seven days, and no curated introduction has been delivered under Premium, we refund in full, no questions asked.

Premium: if we fail to deliver

If we do not present a curated introduction for your consent within 45 days of your Premium purchase, and the delay is ours rather than a result of declined introductions or a paused membership, we refund that month in full.

Cancellations

You may cancel any time from Telegram. Your membership continues until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate part-months, and we do not auto-renew without prior notice.

What is not refundable

• Memberships terminated for breach of our community guidelines or safety rules.
• Introductions you declined, or dates you did not attend.
• Meals, travel or any expense incurred on a date.
• Periods during which your membership was paused at your request.

How to request a refund

Message your concierge on Telegram or email concierge@blinddatebookings.in with your registered phone number. We assess every request within three working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within seven to ten working days.
