Our matchmaking process
A person reads your booking. That is the entire product.
No compatibility percentage, no machine learning, no engagement loop. Just experienced matchmakers doing slow, careful, unglamorous work on your behalf.
Stage by stage
What actually happens between your registration and your table.

The read
Your matchmaker reads every answer in one sitting, then writes a two-line summary of you in their own words. If they cannot describe you as a person, the booking is not ready and they come back with questions.

The verification
ID, selfie check, phone, and a consistency pass across your answers. We reject roughly one in nine bookings at this stage. That rejection is the reason the rest of this works.

The shortlist
Three to six members are pulled from your city's pool. Each is checked against your stated deal breakers first — because a deal breaker missed is an evening wasted, and worse, a trust broken.
- 04
The stress test
For the leading candidate we argue the opposite case: why might this fail in six months? Different intent, incompatible family expectations, mismatched pace, geography. If the counter-argument wins, we move on.

The brief
Both people receive a short written brief — who this person is, what they care about, why we think it works, and what might be a stretch. Written by hand, honest about the stretch.

The consent
Both sides say yes, independently, with no pressure and no visibility into the other's answer. Only a mutual yes becomes a date.
- 07
The evening
Venue options, timing, a reserved table, and a short guide for the first ten minutes. Your concierge is reachable before, during and after.

The debrief
One honest question to each of you the next day. Your answer trains your matchmaker, not an algorithm — and it makes the next introduction sharper.
