Terms of use

1. Who may use this service

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in India, and legally free to date. Registrations must be made by the person who will attend the date. We may decline or withdraw any booking at our discretion.

2. What we provide

We provide a human-led matchmaking and coordination service. We introduce members we believe to be compatible and arrange meetings at public venues. We do not guarantee a match, a date within a specific timeframe, or any relationship outcome.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to follow our community guidelines, to treat other members with respect, and to attend or cancel arranged meetings in good time.

4. Verification

We verify identity using government-issued ID, a selfie check and phone verification. Verification reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. You remain responsible for your own judgement and safety when meeting anyone.

5. Fees

Free membership includes three curated matchmaking attempts. Premium membership is charged as displayed at the time of purchase and may be cancelled at any time. Meals, drinks and travel are not included in any fee.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for the conduct of other members, though we act promptly on every report.

7. Termination

You may leave at any time. We may terminate a membership for breach of these terms or our community guidelines, and will not refund fees where the termination follows a safety or honesty breach.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
